LiDAR scanner for contractors & engineers

Scan the room.
Every wall, door and window.

Sourcy Scan uses the LiDAR on your iPhone or iPad to capture existing conditions for remodels and additions: walls, doors and windows with Room scan, or the raw surfaces and depth points of open, unfinished spaces with Structure scan. Get automatic room dimensions for bids and takeoffs, field measure in 3D before drafting, then export USDZ, GLB, PLY, JSON or JPG. DWG for AutoCAD and SketchUp-ready .dae export are coming soon.

How it works

Two ways to capture a space.

Room scan

For finished rooms.

Built on Apple RoomPlan. Captures walls, doors, windows and openings, plus a 3D model. Scan one room or several.

Structure scan

For open, unfinished or cluttered spaces.

Captures the raw surfaces with their type (wall, floor, ceiling, door, window), depth points from the LiDAR sensor and photos.

3D view

Walk around the room before you leave it.

Open any room scan in 3D on the device. Your scans are saved on your iPhone or iPad.

Measure

Room dimensions, done for you.

Typically within about an inch on room-scale measurements; verify critical cuts with a tape.

Automatic room dimensions

Area, perimeter, ceiling height.

Every room scan comes with its dimensions calculated: area, perimeter, ceiling height, walls, doors and windows. Built on Apple RoomPlan, with a 3D room preview.

Tap-two-points measuring

Measure anything in the 3D viewer.

Tap two points and they snap to corners and edges. Read it in ft-in to 1/16" or metric, then copy or share as text or CSV.

Export

Take it into the tools you already use.

USDZ, GLB, PLY, JSON and JPG today. DWG for AutoCAD and SketchUp-ready .dae are coming soon.

Where are my scans stored?

Your scans are saved on your iPhone or iPad.

Does my phone need LiDAR?
